Exhibition Forgotten Borderlands will be presented in Weiden, Bavaria

Be our guest at the opening of the exhibition Forgotten Borderlands – 50 years of landscape development through the eyes of archeology, which will take place on 10th September 2018 at 6 PM in the Foyer of New City hall in Weiden, Bavaria. The exhibition maps historical changes in the second half of the 20th century in the border region of Tachov and concludes the long-term archaeological and anthropological research of the staff of the Department of Anthropology and Archeology of the University of West Bohemia. The research and exhibition is The project is funded by a Cross-border Cooperation Programme Czech Republic – Bavaria Free State and by the state budget of the Czech Republic.
Representant of the research team Lukáš Funk, archeologist and Head of the Department of numismatics, National museum in Prague, will guide you personally through the exhibition during the opening evening.
