Open lecture at the ForumOst in Augsburg

On Wednesday, April 25, 2018, our expert Dr. Andrea Königsmarková is going to be the guest of the “ForumOst Dialogue: German in Eastern Europe” at the University of Augsburg, Germany. She will present a lecture entitled “Landscape at the Border: Interdisciplinary Research on the Cultural Heritage of Tachov region”. It introduces Tachov as a region where a number of historical changes took place during the last century. In the cross-border region of Tachov, not only cultural but also linguistic borders meet each other. Dr. Königsmarková will present the partial outputs of the project “PREKULTA – Presentation of the Cultural Heritage of the Cross-border Tachov Region”, which the West Bohemian University in Pilsen solves together with partners – Museum in Tachov and Museum in Weiden in den Oberpfalz (thanks to EU financial support from the EUS ČR-BY program and the Czech state budget).
